A moroccan desert tour is an adventure and experience of a lifetime. Travel the western most Sahara desert on camel to the great dunes of Erg Chebbi located just miles from the Berber village of Merzouga Morocco. These dunes are the tallest and most spectacular in all of Morocco. Travel through them like the nomadic people of this area enjoying the magnificence of the desert that surrounds you like an ocean of sand.

Stop for the night at Berber tents (bivouac) where your camel trekking guide and hosts will provide a traditional meal of tajine cooked over an open fire. While they prepare the food, the energetic travelers can climb to the top of the dunes to watch the sunset. As the sun sets you can watch the sand turn colors through shades of gold, orange and red before it finally sets and all the brilliant stars begin to light the sky.

eturn to the bivouac to enjoy the very satisfying meal of meat and fresh vegetables spiced just right for anyones tastes. After dinner you can relax and listen to the music of the Berber drums and instruments.Thinking about your travels of the day before retiring for the night in the tents of tradition.
